SCHEDULE:
VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES AND REQUESTS
1. Kings Dance – 12 Noon (Practice at 11:15 behind the
Bakers Stage on the hill)
2. Teaching and assisting will be in front the Bad
Manor Green - Monday (Today)
10:00 Belly Dance Lessons Jesse
Sogge, Michele Moore, Assists: Von Brewster, Robin
Kaehler
12:30 Belly Dance Lessons Linda
Brown, Assists: Michele Moore Von Brewster, Robin

2:30 Belly Dance Lessons Susan Dunkos,

2. If the contest follows contest with plenty of time
for a great show!
3. Parade – large belly dance/drummer contingent 6:15
line-up for 6:30 parade at B-gate.
4. 5:00 - Belly Dance Competition. Emcee: Deb Brazil.
3 Contest Categories: Under 16, 17-38, 39 +
Note: Drummers are needed for all of the above
dance events ---- EVERYONE please arrive in costume

The Jousts are at: 11, 1, 4, so nothing can be on the
Pavilion a those times
Support The Gypsy Stage with the performing Belly
Dance and ensemble: Caravan
Dancing also at the bear -- if invited in to
shimmy, feel free to dance.

If you find
yourself parking as an employee, heed the following, otherwise park
as a visitors al-ye volunteers!
NOTE: Here is the parking
info I just got

Hwy 41 is an employee entrance only now, so if they are
going to come around 10am, I would suggest them come in
the main gate off of 169 and park in the main lot and
check in a b-gate. It they came in the hwy 41 gate at
anytime they will be put in the participant parking lot
and have to ride the shuttle to the grounds. The main
parking lot opens at 8am from 169.

So basically, everyone should come in on 169 and park in
the main lot or they will get stuck in a parking lot
they don't want to be in.
